I need any and all help with, Outlook
its Killing the entire Mis Department at my Job, Here Is the Problem.
We have added some new workstation to our network and on these computers we install I.E which Brings Outlook Express, we seem to
have setup IE (VERSION 4.0 AND 5.0) with no problem it can browse the Internet using our Lan, Okay we use the wizard to setup Outlook and enter all account and server information (which we know is correct), and for some reason we still get this error message—>
The Host ‘mail.srvname.com’ could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: ‘mail.srvname.com’, server:’mail.srvname.com’,protocol:pop3,port:110,Secure(SSL):NO,Socket Error:11004,Error Number: 0x800ccc0d
please some one help,
we do have a firewall,
ZoneAlarm which I no very little about
but my Boss Doubts it has to do with the Firewall,
again
