Outlook Form won’t post to Public Folder

I have created a very extensive custom form in Outlook 2000 to be posted on an Exchange Server 5.5 server SP4(NT 4.0) The form runs and works exactly as I want it to run. It just won’t post to the public folder. I receive “The item could not be saved to this folder. The folder has been deleted or moved, or you do not have permission” This is bogus. I’m an MCSE and I have already eliminated ALL obvious folder permission issues. Also, it does’nt happen every time. Some times the changes do post. If I put a different generic form in it works so it is the form. What the heck can I do? The forms are too big to re-do. Someone must have seen this before.
