Outlook time stamp 1 hour ahead

Since the new DST changes, I have found that all emails received through outlook 2000, 2002, 2003 and express, the time stamp is 1 hour ahead of the computer date and time. I have confirmed the outlook date/timezone, pc date/timezone, the firewall has the correct time as well.

Has anyone else come across this??
Any ideas??
