Outlook XP can only show some pictures

Hi,

One of my users’ outlook xp is having some problems. 1 out of 4 pictures is able to display but the remaining is marked with a red cross. When doing a reply or forwarding, all of the pictures are displayed properly.

Does anyone out there know the reason why is this happening and the solution?
