Outlook2000

Looking to try making a master distribution list for outlook for everyone in my department that uses it and be able to do a update from it for everyone. Is there a way of doing this. I have seen about doing an update for your own local distribution list created by each user. Also there is a global list for everyone in all departments etc. I just want one for us. Any ideas? Thanks.
