PC diagnostic tools

Hi, I’m new to this but would appreciate some advise…
I am preparing a presentation into the world of PC diagnostic and burn-in tools and would appreciate some more suggestions as to good quality, free software that is out there other than AIDA, NSSI and XsiXray…

Any recommendations would be gratefully received!
