PC will not post. crashes when looking

I was woundering if any one can tell me what this could possible be. I have changed the HD and ribbon cable and still get teh samer responce. I do not beleive that it is the cmos battery because i can still get into the bios and the setting are all there and the pc shows the correct time. My gut feeling is it is the HD controller.

Any help??
