Permanently Delete

I would like to create a rule to apply ONLY to the Deleted Items folder in Outlook. I would like to read the messages in my Inbox, then delete some of them. However, when these messages reach the Deleted Items folder, I would like to have them be deleted permanently so these particular messages are not archived.
