Phoenix BIOS beeps 4 times during POST

I have a motherboard K7VZA with AMD-cpu. The speaker beeps 1-1-1-1 and the motherboard shuts down immediately after the sounds before counting memory. What can I do? the answer should be different from “buy a new one”. Thanks to all!
