PKI and internal domain name?

We are looking at implementing PKI this year. However I would like to confirm we won’t have a problem with our situation. We use xxxx domain internally, but externally we are xxxaaa because we don’t own xxxx. We will also have ISA 2006 in the DMZ, if that helps. Does anyone forsee any issues with PKI due to this? Thanks!
