Post Beeps

I have a machine that is a 486dx. Its Os is the windows 95 upgrade from Windows 311.
The problem is that when select the start button then restart everything seems to go ok untill the post then I get 2 beeps a pause then 8 beeps then a pause then 2 more beeps.
Does anyone have a idea on what all the beeps are. I have never had all of these at once.
