Post beeps

I have a asus a7v133 Motherboard, When posting I get a looping tone that sounds like the police sirens I heard while in Belgium. I do not get any video. I have removed all cards, tried a different processor and ram with no results. The computer was working fine until this happened. Thanks ahead for any help.
