Post-Boot F1 to continue

Everytime I startup or reboot XP Home it gets to the postboot list where it says F1 to continue or Dell to enter setup and stays there until I press F1. Strange that it just started this when I enabled the USB in setup Bios…Any advise to stop this would be very helpful. Thanks. Kenny
