POST Codes

I’m troubleshooting a computer right now that has Phoenix for a BIOS. I looked all over my troubleshooting guides and cannot find the code that the POST test is telling me. It’s can audio test result. The code is one beep, then a short pause, and then two short beeps right after each other. These beeps were the same length – long, I believe. I can’t find this code! Can anyone help? Then after these series of beeps, a visual warning is displayed that there is no operating system. Could this code be a hard disk failure?
