post numbers..

in some of the discussion listings there arenumbers of posts in the duscussion, some the number of new posts.

I’ve been noticing that when you look at the number of posts ( total, not new ) then get to the discussion, the actual number of posts is different.

one of the hot os debate topics has been bouncing from 175 to 185 range of posts for the last couple of days. it was at 182 in the list showing the topic, yet click on it and it comes up 179.
