post office address list in Outlook 2002

I was using office 2000 on the client side and windows NT on server side. i was configuring outlook with a profile and i was getting the post office address list to send a mail on internal network.

Now I purchased office xp. i want to configure the same in the old manner, as i was using earlier.

Pl let me know how can i configure.
