posting data from an online vote form

Hello, we have a windows nt stand alone server. There is a contest in the office and voting will take place on Mon, Dec 12th.

I need a java script file which will allow the votes to be input into Access or Excel, or, if someone has an easy way, please help.

My time is short and I’ve gotten nowhere as this is new to me.
