Posting follow ups

Am I the only one who wonders how all these postings that we participate in end up?

If someone has an issue and fifty people offer advice, did the issue get cleared up? Did we get you fired for following bad advice? Did you end up on the front page of the paper as the latest to come unhinged at work? Or did you get that raise/respect/advancement/fulfillment your were looking for?

Just a thought. Is being respectful enough to come back after resolution and giving everyone an update really too much to ask for?

Of course there would have to be a way of closing an old discussion so people know that it is resoloved.

There would be a new section. Resolved conflicts.
