PostScript Processor – Help Wanted

I am trying to print from a PC to a HP Laserjet 4000. I cannot get it to work from this computer. Could it be that I have a bad PostScript processor? If so, what can I do to correct this? If not, what else can I try to do to correct this? Any help would be appreciated.
