Power supply fan

My power supply fan is too noisy. Rather than buying a new one, I’m willing to give up the warranty and replace the fan. Problem is, can’t get the info I need. The fan is: LOGISYS 24dBa – 28CFM – 80mmX80mmX25mm.
I don’t know if I can trust the manufacturer’s specs about the noise level.
Any ideas where I can find a quieter fan?
