Powerware vs APC

We have two solutions presented to us on upgradign our current power configuration to a new power configuration. We have been presented with a solution from Powerware and a solution from APC.

The APC solution is a Symmetra LX 16kva UPS.

The Powerware solution is 9170+ 18kva UPS.

We currently have multiple APC devices, however, are considering other options such as Powerware. Does anybody have any thoughts on comments on one or the other. What is the turn-around time on repair for both of these companies like? Again, any thoughts or comments are helpful.
