Pre-configured Knowledge-base or FAQs

We already have software where we can enter our own questions and answers for a knowledge base/FAQ section. I’m looking for a pre-configured, “fully loaded” knowledge base or faq package, so that we don’t have to write up our own questions and answers. Does anyone know if anything like this exists, for example, for Office 2007, GroupWise, etc? My co-workers swear that this product exists, but they have yet to provide me with an example. I feel like I’m on a snipe hunt!
