Printer – Profile

On Win2K Pro, is there a way to add a printer as a local administrator then copy that portion of the profile to All Users? Have a situation where every user on a local machine who tries to add a printer – connected / shared from a second computer – must be a member of the local admin group on the second computer before having access to add the printer. (Not my network setup!! Have to use someone else’s rules!)
