Printer Sharing Problem

Dear All

We have deiiferent Workgroup computers at our office and ip is 192.168.100.1 and another one is starts from 192.168.200.1.Both computers connecting diffrent gateway but DNS Are Same.
We are connected epson 300=printer on 192.168.200.11 and want to access or share this printer on 192.168.100.2 but we were unable to share this printer .Plse assist on this proble to solve.
