Problem in VB.net

Hi all,

I am creating the GIS based application in Vb.net but i am getting the error as shown below :
” ‘GCAddon’is ambiguous in the namespace ‘VBNetWidget’. ”

” ‘GCAddon’ is not CLS-compliant because it derives from ‘defAddon’ which is not CLS-compliant.”

I am not getting this error so can plz anybody help me for understanding this error. According to me whaterver i understand the meaning of this error is if we declare the class double time with same name than we get this type of error.
