problem logging on to one particular site

i have problems logging on to one site only… i have used several names and passwords .. every time lets me in , but when i sign out try to go back in it wont let me… a friend has signed in my account for me no problem , so can any one plz tell me what is wrong with my comp… thank you frustrated 73 year old lady
