Problem with Importing Outlook .pst file

Hi, i get the following errors when importing a .pst file:

Properties for this information service must be defined prior to use

The file C:\Backup.pst is not compatible with this version of Personal Folders information service. Contact your administrator

If anyone knows how to fix this please reply.
