Problem with Outlook (Office 2003)

After doing a search through my email using the Outlook find, the format of my email changes so the for example in my inbox the “from column” changes to “the to column” which obviously is always me so is useless. The same thing happens when searching using find in the sent folder.

It is so annoying constantly going back and resetting the columns. Does anyone know how to correct the problem.
