Problems Ghosting a Toshiba Satellite Pro

I am trying to Ghost a Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop and keep having problems with PXE errors and NIC drivers. I made a boot disk and can boot then machine but cannot successfully complete a Ghostcast over our network to create an image of the drive. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. This is my first time to use Ghost and I’m still learning all of the tricks.
