*.pst

I have exported my personal folder *.pst to a folder on a network drive and also a 250mb zip disk from my win98se machine running outlook 2000.
I am trying to import it to my new Win XP Professional machine but it will not pull it over. When i go thru the steps, it appears to work with no errors but there is still no info inside Win XP outlook machine. What is going on?
