pst emails changed to tasks notes etc !

Hi,

user called with mail opening problem. Oulook was unresponsive and after 1/2 hour with hourglass after forced reboot(same scenario) called me.

Scanpst no errors, email would not open. New Profile pst etc; imported old file and found the emails had converted from e-mails to notes and tasks!?

You can open the task or note and inside still find the mail message , header contact and attachments in some cases, BUT how do you restore them to emails ?
