PST file gets larger than 2GB

Does anyone happen to have that – 2gb151.zip file which helps to truncate the over size outlook pst file? Please contact me at ksnyeung@peoplesphone.com.hk.

Or does anyone had used this method to help resolve a outlook file problem? Is it work?
