.PST & .PAB Files Saved – access denied

I have Windows 2000 and an Exchange Server, at work, where I’ve backed up my .pst & .pab files, onto a CD-R disk.

Now, I’m trying to import them from the CD and it tells me I don’t have “permission” or “access denied” to the “read only” file. It won’t let me change the name either or take the “check mark” out of read only box.

Any suggestions?
