pst2gb.exe utility

If anyone has this executable can you be of great assistance and email this file. I have a user that archived her mailbox like clockwork and wanted to view an old email from a month ago. When trying to access the archive file itself I get the errorsdescribed in the MS Q articles Q266709 & Q296088. When I called Microshaft for the utility the Customer Service representative told me that I have to call the pay-per-incident phone line which would be $35.
First of all they specifically state that there is no guarantee that this will work, and secondly the user is becoming impatient because she can’t access a file which she can see is there.

IF ANYONE HAS THIS FILE – please help!!
