PXE Boot Ghost Server

I am trying to build a server that I can PXE boot machines to and they will boot right in to ghost and then I can push one of the many image files to that specific machine. The Server has Server 2003 on it and I installed DNS, DHCP and Active Directory. It seems to not be handing out IP addresses and I don’t understand how to get the client machines to boot in to Ghost. I am using Ghost 10.
