Question marks

Will the folks at TR PLEASE fix the problem that turns special characters into question marks.

If you fix it, I’ll buy the first $50 worth of beer. Really, I will. I’ll send you $50 for the beer. A condition, however. You have one week or the deal’s off.

Edited because of those dreaded unintended consequences. I hope this corrected them.
