Questions about workload and resources in MS Project.

I would like to know:

1. How to change the workload of my resources on a weekly basis in MS Project. I mean, how to input, weekly, the time they are going to be spending in every task.

2. Is there any way to input the hours that a person dedicate to a project day by day?

3. How to change the units in which work is expressed in MS Projetc. For example: “0.35 mons” i’d like to express it in hours or days…
