RAID1 Degraded after restore system from GHOST CD

I got a system has both SATA RAID1 and SAS RAID1 mode builded in Adaptec RAID controller embedded M/B,
the Windows XP OS is installed on SATA RAID1,
I used GHOST V11 to GHOST system to image,
the SATA RAID1 will degraded issue after restoring teh ghost image to hard drive,
not every time but it will be degraded sometime,
I’ve configured my hardware array before reloading the ghost image,
I just wodering the why degraded issue will happen sometime but not everytime,
