Random and arbitrary pulling of discussions?

There is what seems like a Random and arbitrary pulling of discussions lately?

The latest of examples was the “TEST” discussion pulled this morning. At the point I read it this morning, there was nothing objectionable posted, just some people being silly.

Is being “silly” now a violation of a new rule we have not been informed of?

I agree that TR has the right to change rules/regulations/procedures as they see fit, but they should also have an obligation to inform the users of these changes.
