Reading Microsoft Outlook 2003 PST files in outlook express or gmail

Hi,
My laptop crashed and i lost my outlook 2003 program. I have my mail in pst file and am looking for advice on how to open and read them in either microsoft outlook express or any mail programs, like gmail.

Any helpful hints are most appreciated
