recover deleted .pst file & get rid of double contacts & personal folders

Hi,
I hope someone can help… I am using Vista premium with office 2003. For some reason, when I sync my blackberry, outlook duplicated my personal folders and my contacts. I did have all synchronization settings correct, I’m really not sure how this could have happened… Anyway, I was trying to get rid of the extra contact file, and accidentally deleted my .pst file. is there anyway to recover it? it’s not in my deleted folder. Help please. thanks!
