Reducing Depreciation Costs

My team is currently looking at IT depreciation as a cost savings area. Our company is now spending $100,000/month on depreciation expenses alone. The opportunity seems big but the more I understand how depreciation is managed, the cost savings opportunity seem to be get less and less.
