Reinstall XRXSNMP.DLL? – WTF

customers PC whenever they login. The program that is trying to run on thier PC is Aida32.exe (an Inventory package we run), but it errors also stating that it can not launce XRXSNMP.DLL and suggests reloading the program. I’ve searched on other computers that work fine but I can not find any such DLL. Does anybody know what this DLL is or how to fix this error?
