Remote access to office from cell phone

I am a Music Producer with no idea how to configure my McIntosh G5
and linksys wire router for remote access from my windows mobile 6
professional smartphone (T-Mobile WING). Please if any one could
walk me through all of this port fowarding, configuration, DCHP,
hieroglyphics I would truly appreciate it. HELLLLLLPPPP!!!
