Remote connection to win2k host.

Hi,
I have WINVNC running on a win2k pc and winxp running on my laptop.
I can remote control/connect fine to the pc and ask it to reboot, problem there n lies when trying to log the pc back in via the xp laptop – the CTRL-ALT-DEL feature does not work via the laptop.
Is there any way i can get this working?
