remote office connection lost.

A company Iam doing some work for has a win2k small business server. A remote office is set up to connect to the server terminal services over the internet. last week someone inadvertantly unpluged the dsl router. since then the remote office hasnt been able to connect.the router is furnished by the ISP. it is connected to a netgear gateway firewall,than to the hub.the ip address the remote is trying to connect to is that of the gateway with /tsweb after it.I can connect to it(gwy) through the lan at the main office.
the rest of the network works fine. being new to win2k not sure where to start. any help would be most appreciated.
