Remove right to create shares from Power Users

Hi chaps, could someone be so kind as to explain how i could remove the ability to create shares for the Power Users group on workstations?

I would also like to apply this setting domain wide via group policy.

We have a few legacy apps that don’t run as anything less than power users… 🙁
