Repeal the Second Amendment

Some nut has gone on a rampage in Virginia Tech today, murdering 22 people. Dubya says he’s still in favor of the right to bear arms. Dubya is not the only one who’s a bit loopy on this issue, and there are of course other reasons for the high murder rate, but the Second Amendment obviously has a major role.
