Replicating Exchange Directories via IMS

We have Exchange 5.5 Enterprize Ed. sp4 running at two sites with ADSL connections. I tried implementing Microsoft’s Directory Replication via IMS – set up everything per the instructions but no replication. Have checked everything several times. Noerror messages, no EventLog entries.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Anyone??
