Replying to emails causes Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

When ever anyone on my network (SBS 2003)replies to an email I get a Delivery Status Notification (Delay)4.4.7. We can send and receive email with no problems. I have checked and recheck all my settings . Anyone have an idea as to what could cause this problem.
